National Business Sales (NBS) sought a solution that went beyond the usual web site of simply providing listings of businesses for sale.

The principal wanted a system that delivered value to his clients making it easy for them to obtain the information they needed in selecting a business investment opportunity. A key aspect of this solution was the ability to set clients with secure access rights that once granted gave these selected buyers the ability to obtain all the information they needed on the businesses they were interested in.

It was also important that the solution made the overall operations of the business itself more efficient, with all data on the businesses held in a single data source that was readily accessible to staff and brokers as they needed ensuring that they had the right data at their fingertips. Critical  to their ability of delivering the best service they could to their vendors was by being able to service all clients with up to date comprehensive information on the business listings.

It was also seen as being critical that the web site and databases could be readily maintained by the administration staff as well as the business brokers. The system had to be complete in functionality and easily maintained with the ability to grow as the business identified new ways in which to better services its clients.
